I’m a dynamic duo as a licensed clinical social worker and certified mindset coach! Proud first generation Caribbean-American! I bring all my 10 years of experience, success stories and personal journey to transform the lives of everyday abundance seeking women to unleash their inner EPIC WOMAN with conscious manifestation!
I absolutely love guiding women to breakthrough their mindset traps, discover their true authentic selves, fall in love with the woman they were designed to be, and ultimately live abundant, liberated and healed lives of MORE on their terms in life, love and career.
With my EPIC WOMAN FRAMEWORK, everyday ambitious women accomplish all of this despite gender bias, racial inequality, their circumstances, obstacles, trauma, mental health, past experiences, mistakes, failures, and any other bs conditioning society has for them. WOW is right!
I empower, challenge and teach women to breakthrough their mindset traps and confidently walk their purpose path as their highest selves with conscious manifestation. Using my trauma-informed, culturally competent, powerful blend of techniques such as Nuerolinguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, T.I.M.E Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Life + Success Coaching and gift of intuition, I have created such a unique life transforming experience for women that I call EPIC WOMAN.

Despite my success, I truly struggled with self-confidence, perfectionism, and total imposter syndrome! My inner mean girl had such a hold on me! She kept me living stuck in a cycle of fear, uncertainty and self-doubt. You can relate right?!
BUT I knew there was MORE to life than the box I was sitting in… and I deeply knew that I was created to THRIVE in bliss.
So, I had to do tighten up to radically shift how I was feeling, thinking and showing up into the world. At the end of day, I was worthy of a really passion filled, purpose-driven, highly profitable life.
I absolutely LOVE what I do, and believe without a shadow of a doubt that THIS IS WHAT I’M HERE FOR!
BUT – the way I was operating within my career and personal life left me so deflated, totally detached from my true purpose in impact, and overwhelmed with anxiety and emotional baggage.
So, after another long, draining day at my exhausting, underpaying and stressful job, I curled up on the couch, closed my work laptop, and grabbed my journal.
I asked myself, “if I could truly create and live a life of passion, purpose and profit on my terms, what would be there?” And – here I am today, living that life that I intentional desired with purpose and alignment those years ago!
Like seriously… world traveler, owner of a successful private practice, wife and mommy after a season of heartbreak, owner of an expanding global coaching academy, super flexible minimal work schedule, ease to lean into my passions, making massive impact in the lives of women… and the list continues!
Instead of creating goals based on other people’s expectations or “doing it the right way”, I gave myself freedom to be intuitively guided to seek out answers without judgement.
The abundance claiming belief system that I help my clients shift into for more passion, purpose and profit. And, YES, this is the exact mindset breakthrough framework I used to kick my fear and embrace my purpose path as a successful entrepreneur, wife & mommy, passion explorer, empowerment mentor, world traveler, and so much more!
